All seams serged  100% hemp has 2 front and 1 back pocket fits from 32″ to 36″ waist . Mens  before drawn up the waist is 42″ hip is 44″;, from the crotch to the top up the front is 11″ , from the crotch to the top up the back is 14 1/2″ , gentle wash line dry hot iron. They are really more like a medium to large , on the patch work they seem run bigger because of all the seams . Made in USA from imported hemp.
