Medium weight size Small ,if you wear a 38 jacket this will fit you , waist without the belt is 38″ the belt goes from 28″ to 34″ best between 30 and 34″ waist. From armpit to armpit is 21″, from shoulder to shoulder is 19″ inseam is 30″ , hip is 39″ . Made in USA by Herman’s Eco . Gentle wash is fine but take the belt off. Has 2 side pockets
