Black Ouilted cotton with embroidery, sequins, rhinestone buttons . Zip up lined in silk . The back embroidery is a vintage piece . Has 2 side inside pockets. From shoulder to shoulder is 21” , from pit to pit is 23”  , down the back from below the collar to the end is 21 1/2” , from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve is 24 1/3” , handwash cold line dry you can iron over the cotton & silk but not the sequins a bit of velvet .
