Medium to Large smallest waist size is 28" largest is 40" , Adjustable , has an Anna Herman Tag made in USA the belt it is adjustable" has a clip fastener,18 long and 6" tall . it has a large main pocket then 2 small ones on the sides . zip up . Matching strap washable hand cold water . Theses bags are Eco Friendly . I am not a fan of gortex as it has a lot of chemicals . so wool the straps are a nice alternative. I will be making more from saved fabrics that I love. The side pockets are a great place to put credit cards and money the main pocket cell phone keys biz Cards etc. it holds quite a bit of stuff.
