A soft cotton ticking  almost a cause but you can’t see thru it it’s vintage fabric I have a whole bolt . The waist is 30-31 , from pit to pit is 18 1/2” , full skirt  , from the waist to the hem is 36” zips in back has a side inside pocket. Designed by Anna Herman made in USA .
